HOW TO USE VIDEOS
Jumping Fitness is not an exercise fixed on strict routines in every single song. It is much more reflecting the intensity and dynamics of each music section. We all have different personalities and feel music differently, so you are absolutely allowed to make changes in steps, but follow the intensity as you learn at the Basic/Advanced training. Our Master Trainers frequently improvise as well, but they always follow the music as much as possible.
DYNAMIC MARKS & SONG MAPS
4 (Song beginning, no change)
16 ↗️ (Intensity increase)
16 ➡️ (Intensity stays similar/same)
8 ↘️ (Intensity decreases)
4 ↘️ (Intensity decreases again)
In Single Releases, you can find a song map and arrows ↗️ - ➡️ - ↘️
These arrows are not indicating the intensity of the current music block, but the dynamics change compared to the previous one.
So if you see ↗️, it indicates a dynamics increase and your next exercise should change accordingly.
In the song structure, the number 16 represents a phrase and smaller numbers represent bridges, intros, outros, and short melodic sections.

ONLINE USE MARKS
Share with the world how great you and your clients are! Sometimes we record a great video and then it gets blocked because of copyrights. Copyrights are a whole topic of its own, so we are making it simple with green, yellow, and red marks.
Green - Copyright-free songs / no-risk of copyright block
Yellow - Songs published by smaller labels / very little risk
Red - Songs published by bigger labels / very unpredictable
So if you want to use a song for online use, we recommend looking mostly into green/yellow songs. Songs from the red category might be fine for the moment but can get blocked/muted in the future (or immediately after uploading).
